Due diligence

Aleksandra Kubała
Aleksandra graduated in Finance, Accounting and Managing at Warsaw School of Economics. Over the past nine years, Aleksandra has managed a wide portfolio of companies with different profiles, her current role leading a highly skilled team as Country Manager for Wind Prospect Polska. She expanded her skills joining MBA studies at the Institute of Economics in Polish Academy of Science within the areas of: team management, company and projects management.
Kamil Beker
Kamil is a certified project manager (PRINCE 2 Foundation & Practitioner). Kamil has 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He mainly specializes in the field of wind measurements, energy yield predictions, environmental impact assessments and technical due diligence of the wind farm projects and has participated in projects in the Polish, United Kingdom, Turkish, Belarusian, Portuguese and South African markets. He has extensive experience in building relationships with clients and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Wojciech Dudek
Present in energy sector since 2004, specialized in management of investments. Experienced in all stages of projects life from development to asset management of wind and PV farm including technical and commercial management, cooperation with TSO/DSO, permitting, claims, warranties, liaison with local authorities and local societies. Advised during number of acquisition processes of RES projects, including due diligence, commercial modeling and commercial negotiations.
