Meeting the targets of BESS Financial Model

Effort for meeting the targets of BESS Financial Model begins much earlier than at the Commercial Operation Date. It begins even before the start of the project's construction. Especially in the Polish BESS market, not being mature yet, it is crucial to properly define the project's KPIs already at the early procurement stage.

Expected parameters such as usable power, usable capacity, RTE, Availability, State of Health should be clearly defined, set out in the RfP and unequivocally communicated to the potential contractors and suppliers. These assumptions must be then properly set out in the contracts, together with the consequences of failing to meet them. 

Wind Prospect is providing procurement support including preparation of tender docs, prequalification of contractors, assessment of offers and contracting support.

This is a critical phase, completing it successfully will set a strong foundation for the project's long-term success.
